If the contact number which you give to us is disconnected, the courier may have changed the consignment location and left it to another place, or another person received it instead.

So you have to check the consignment storage first, and please contact the courier for detail and further inquiries. If the item is returned due to disconnection, the customer must pay the return shipping cost.
