◆ 대면 팬사인회 이벤트 참여 안내 사항
◆ Information on participating in face-to-face fan signing events   

1. 입장 전 신분 확인 절차가 진행됩니다. 이벤트 참가 시 신분증을 미리 준비해 주시기 바랍니다.

모든 신분증은 유효기간이 만료되지 않은 것만 인정되며, 내국인 미성년자를 제외한 모든 당첨자는 학생증(대학교 포함)을 본인 확인용으로 사용할 수 없습니다.

1. The identification process before entering will proceed. Please prepare your ID in advance when you participate in the event.

All identification cards are only accepted as not expired, and all winners, except Korean minors, are not allowed to use their student cards (including universities) for identification purposes.

- 내국인(미성년자): 여권, 생년월일이 표시된 국가공인 자격증

- 내국인(성인): 주민등록증, 운전면허증, 여권(모바일 신분증 불가)

- 외국인: 여권, 외국인등록증

(촬영한 사진 및 스캔본, 초본 및 등본 등으로는 절대 확인 불가합니다.)
- Domestic (minor):  passport, and national certificate
- Domestic (adult): Resident registration card, driver's license, passport (mobile ID not allowed)
- Foreigner: Passport, alien registration card
(It is absolutely impossible to check with the photographs taken, scanned copies, abstracts, and copies.)

2. 당첨자 확인 및 번호표 배부는 대면 팬사인회 시작 시간 30분 전부터 확인 가능합니다. (좌석은 현장 손 추첨으로 배치될 예정입니다.)
2. You can check the winner and distribute the number ticket 30 minutes before the start of the face-to-face fan signing event. (Seats will be hand-drawn on-site.)

3. 사인회 시작 전 본인 번호에 반드시 착석 부탁드립니다. 입장 이후 자리 이동이 엄격히 제한됩니다. 임의로 자리를 변경하거나 좌석을 이동, 변경 시 퇴장 조치 될 수 있습니다.
3. Please be sure to sit down at your number before the signing event starts. The movement of seats is strictly restricted after entering. If you change your seat arbitrarily, move your seat, or change your seat, you may be sent off. 
 

4. 사인회는 응모하신 본인만 참여할 수 있습니다. 사인회 당첨권 양도 적발 시 현장에서 퇴장 조치되며 이후 해당 아티스트의 모든 이벤트 대상에서 제외됩니다.
4. Only the person who applied can participate in the signing event. If you are caught transferring the winning ticket to the signing event, you will be sent off from the site and will be excluded from all events of the artist. 

5. 본 팬사인회는 진행 중 본인의 자리에서 사진 및 영상 촬영이 가능하나, 사인을 받는 중, 줄에 대기 중 사진 촬영 및 녹음은 불가하므로 사인을 받으실 때는 핸드폰, 카메라 등의 전자기기는 자리에 두신 후 받으시기 바랍니다.

(녹음 및 촬영 적발 시 퇴장 조치됩니다.)
5. This fan signing event allows you to take photos and videos at your own place during the process, but taking and recording photos while receiving autographs or waiting in line is not possible.

Please leave electronic devices such as cell phones and cameras at your seat when you receive autographs. (If you record or take a picture, you will be sent out.)

6. 팬 사인회에서 SNS 라이브 방송 중계 (인스타그램 라이브, 페이스북 라이브, 아프리카 TV등)를 금지합니다. 적발 시 퇴장조치 됩니다.
6. Live broadcasting of SNS (Instagram Live, Facebook Live, Africa TV, etc.) is prohibited at fan signing events. If caught, you will be sent off.

7. 사인은 현장에서 준비해 드리는 사인지에만 받을 수 있으며, 이름 변경 요청 및 사인지 외 다른 곳에는 사인을 받으실 수 없습니다. 

(앨범 특전 물품 (포토카드), 개인 소지품 등 적발 시 해당 물품은 수거 후 돌려드리지 않습니다.)
7. Signatures can only be received on-site signatures, and signatures cannot be received anywhere other than requesting a name change or signing.

(If find album special items (photo cards) or personal belongings, you will not return them after collecting them.)

8. 빠른 현장 진행을 위해 사인지에 [To.]를 작성한 포스트잇을 사인지 내 미리 부착 바랍니다. ([To.]는 한국어 혹은 영어만 가능하며, 실명으로만 가능합니다.)
8. Please attach the post-it with [To.] written on the sign sheet in advance. ([To.] can only be in Korean or English and can only be in real name.)

9. 본 사인회에서 선물 전달 및 서포트 진행은 불가하며, 팬사인회 아이템(머리띠, 화관 등)의 경우 본인 사인 순서에 스태프를 통해 전달해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 사인회 아이템은 사인을 받기 전 현장 스태프가 확인할 예정입니다. 부적절한 물품이라고

  판단될 경우 전달이 불가할 수 있습니다.

- 아티스트에게 직접 씌워주는 등의 행위는 불가합니다.

- 사인회가 종료된 후 모두 돌려드릴 예정이며, 지정된 시간에 찾아가지 않은 아이템 분실에 대해서는 책임지지 않습니다.
9. Gift delivery and support are not possible at this event, and in the case of fan signing items (headbands, garlands, etc.), please deliver them through the staff in the order of your signature.
- The signing event items will be checked by the on-site staff before receiving the signatures. If it is deemed inappropriate, it may not be delivered.
- It is not possible to cover the artist directly.
- We will return all of them after the signing event is over, and we are not responsible for the loss of items that were not brought back at the designated time.

10. 손편지의 경우, 사인회 시작 전 현장 스태프를 통해 전달해 주시기 바랍니다.
10. In the case of handwritten letters, please deliver them to the on-site staff before the signing event begins.

11. 사인은 1개의 이름(To.)과 멤버 당 포스트잇 질문 1개만 가능하니, 미리 포스트잇을 작성하여 준비 부탁드립니다.

- 한글/영문만 가능, 수식어 및 PS는 불가합니다.

- 질문의 경우 선택형 (A vs. B / YES or NO) 또는 보기 5개 이하의 객관식 질문만 가능하며, 멤버에 관한 질문만 가능합니다. (그림, 편지 등 요청 불가) (당첨자 본인에 대한 질문, 단답 및 서술형 질문, 특정 답변을 유도하는 질문은 불가합니다.)

- 포스트잇 질문은 사인을 받기 전 현장 스태프가 확인할 예정입니다. 무리한 부탁이나 요구가 포함된 질문 또는 아티스트의 사생활과 관련된 내용 등 부적절한 내용의 질문이 확인될 시, 수정 요청 혹은 해당 질문이 불가할 수 있습니다.
11. Only one name (To.) and one post-it question per member can be signed, so please write a post-it in advance and prepare it.
- Only Korean/English, modifiers and PS are not allowed.
- For questions, only optional (A vs. B / YES or NO) or multiple choice questions with no more than 5 views are allowed, only questions about the members. (No pictures, letters, etc.)

(Questions about the winners, short answers and descriptive questions, or questions that induce specific answers are not allowed.)
- Post-it questions will be checked by on-site staff before receiving the autograph.

If inappropriate questions are identified, such as unreasonable requests or demands, or content related to the artist's privacy, a request for correction or corresponding questions may not be possible.

12. 본인 자리에서 일어서거나, 본인 자리가 아닌 다른 자리로 옮겨 앉거나, 사인회 진행 도중 자리를 옮겨 다니실 수 없습니다.
12. You cannot stand up from your seat, move to a seat other than your seat, or move around during the signing event.

13. 사진 촬영 시 플래시, AF 보조광 및 스트로브 라이트 사용은 금지됩니다. 셀카봉 및 삼각대는 본인의 자리에서만 설치 가능하며, 적정 높이를 넘어 다른 입장객에게 불편을 끼치는 경우 사용 중단을 요청드릴 수 있습니다.
13. The use of flash, AF light and strobe light is prohibited when taking photos. Selfie sticks and tripods can only be installed in your own place, and if you cause inconvenience to other visitors beyond the appropriate height, you may be asked to stop using them.

14. 피부에 직접 닿는 낙서나 스티커 부착 및 손 터치 등의 접촉이 불가한 점 양해 바랍니다.
14. Please understand that graffiti or stickers that directly touch the skin cannot be attached or touched by hand.

15. 사인회 입장 전 및 진행 중 음주는 금지입니다. 음주 후 입장 시 입장이 제한되며, 진행 중 음주 시 강제 퇴장 될 수 있습니다.
15. Drinking before and during the signing event is prohibited. Admission is restricted when entering after drinking, and if you drink during the process, you may be forced to leave.

16. 위 내용에 명시되지 않은 경우라도 당일 현장에서 원활한 진행이 어렵다고 판단되는 행동을 할 경우, 사인을 받음 유무와 관계없이 강제 퇴장 조치 및 제재를 받으실 수 있습니다.
16. Even if it is not specified in the above, if you do something that is deemed difficult to proceed smoothly at the site on the same day, you may be subject to compulsory exit and sanctions regardless of whether you receive an autograph or not.

17. 해당 공지 미숙지로 인해 발생하는 상황에 대해서는 책임지지 않으니, 불이익을 받는 일이 없도록 반드시 공지사항을 숙지해 주시기 바랍니다.
17. We are not responsible for situations caused by the lack of notice, so please be aware of the notice so that you do not get disadvantaged.

18. 중복 당첨자 확인을 위해, 개인정보 보호법에 의거하여 당첨자의 개인정보를 아래와 같이 수집, 제공합니다.
