◆ 대면 팬사인회 이벤트 응모 유의 사항 

- 내국인(미성년자): 생년월일이 표시된 청소년증, 여권, 국가공인 자격증

- 내국인(성인): 주민등록증, 운전면허증, 여권(모바일 신분증 불가)

- 외국인: 여권, 외국인등록증

(촬영한 사진 및 스캔본, 초본 및 등본 등으로는 절대 확인 불가합니다.)
1. The identification process will be conducted before entering. Please prepare your ID in advance when you participate in the event.

All ID cards are only accepted that their validity has not expired, and all winners, except Korean minors, cannot use their student ID cards (including universities) for identification purposes.
- Koreans (minor): Juvenile card with date of birth, passport, and national accredited certificate
- Koreans (adults): Resident registration card, driver's license, passport (mobile ID is not allowed)
- Foreigners: Passport, alien registration card
(It is absolutely impossible to confirm with photos taken, scanned copies, abstracts, and certified copies.)

2. 당첨자 확인 및 번호표 배부는 대면 팬사인회 시작 시간 30분 전부터 확인 가능합니다. (좌석은 현장 손 추첨으로 배치될 예정입니다.)
2. You can check the winners and distribute number tickets 30 minutes before the start of the face-to-face fan signing event. (Seats will be arranged by hand drawing on site.)

3. 사인회 시작 전 본인 번호에 반드시 착석 부탁드립니다. 입장 이후 자리 이동이 엄격히 제한됩니다. 임의로 자리를 변경하거나 좌석을 이동, 변경 시 퇴장 조치 될 수 있습니다. 
3. Please be sure to sit on your number before the signing event starts. After entering, movement of seats is strictly restricted. If you change your seat, move your seat, or change your seat, you may be forced to leave.

4. 사인회는 응모하신 본인만 참여할 수 있습니다. 사인회 당첨권 양도 적발 시 현장에서 퇴장 조치되며 이후 해당 아티스트의 모든 이벤트 대상에서 제외됩니다. 
4. Only the person who applied can participate in the signing event. If you are caught transferring the winning ticket to the signing event, you will be sent off from the site and will be excluded from all events of the artist.

5. 본 팬사인회는 진행 중 본인의 자리에서 사진 및 영상 촬영이 가능하나, 사인을 받는 중, 줄에 대기 중 사진 촬영 및 녹음은 불가하므로 사인을 받으실 때는 핸드폰, 카메라 등의 전자기기는 자리에 두신 후 받으시기 바랍니다. (녹음 및 촬영 적발 시 퇴장 조치됩니다.)
5. This fan signing event allows you to take photos and videos at your own place during the process, but taking and recording photos while receiving autographs or waiting in line is not possible.

Please leave electronic devices such as cell phones and cameras at your seat when you receive autographs. (If you record or take a picture, you will be sent out.)

6. 팬 사인회에서 SNS 라이브 방송 중계 (인스타그램 라이브, 페이스북 라이브, 아프리카 TV등)를 금지합니다. 적발 시 퇴장조치 됩니다.
6. Live broadcasting of SNS (Instagram Live, Facebook Live, African TV, etc.) is prohibited at fan signing events. If caught, you will be sent off.

7. 사인은 현장에서 준비해 드리는 사인지에만 받을 수 있으며, 이름 변경 요청 및 사인지 외 다른 곳에는 사인을 받으실 수 없습니다. (앨범 특전 물품 (포토카드), 개인 소지품 등 적발 시 해당 물품은 수거 후 돌려드리지 않습니다.)
7. Signatures can only be received on-site signatures, and signatures cannot be received anywhere other than requesting a name change or signing. (If you find album special items (photo cards) or personal belongings, you will not return them after collecting them.)

8. 빠른 현장 진행을 위해 사인지에 [To.]를 작성한 이름 포스트잇을 사인지 내 미리 부착 바랍니다. ([To.]는 한국어 혹은 영어만 가능하며, 실명으로만 가능합니다.)
8. Please attach the name post-it with [To.] written on the sign sheet in advance. ([To.] can only be in Korean or English and can only be in real name.)

9. 당첨자 1명당 1개씩의 [TO.] / [사인] / [포스트잇 질문]을 허용합니다. (수식어 및 PS는 불가합니다.)
9. Allow one [TO.] / [sign] / [post-it question] per winner. (Formula and PS are not allowed.)

10. 아티스트에게 질문은 사전에 포스트잇에 작성하여 준비 부탁 드립니다.

과도한 편지 등의 요구 금지 / 주관식 질문 가능 / 타 아티스트 언급 및 아티스트가 곤란한 질문이 있을 경우 현장에서 포스트잇 변경 요청이 있을 수 있습니다.
10. Please prepare questions for the artist by writing them on the post-it in advance.
No excessive demand for letters, etc. / Short answer questions available / Post-it changes may be requested on site if other artists mention or artists have difficult questions.

11. 본 이벤트에서 아티스트에게 편지를 제외한 선물은 전달이 불가능합니다.

사진 촬영을 위한 화관/머리띠/아이템의 경우 스태프를 통해 물품 전달이 가능합니다. 

사진 촬영을 위해 전달해주신 물품은 사인회 종료 후 포토타임 진행 시 아티스트가 착용합니다.

팬사인회 종료 후 가져오신 물품은 회수 부탁드리며, 회수하지 않을 경우에는 당일 폐기되는 점 양해 부탁드립니다.
11. In this event, gifts other than letters to artists cannot be delivered.
In the case of garlands/headbands/items for photography, items can be delivered through the staff.
The items you delivered for the photo shoot will be worn by the artist during the photo time after the signing event.
Please collect the items you brought after the fan signing event, and if you do not, it will be discarded on the same day.

12. 본 사인회는 코로나19 관련 정부의 사회적 거리두기 단계별 방침 또는 진행사 사정에 따라 사전고지 없이 일부 변경 및 취소될 수 있습니다. 
12. This signing meeting may be partially changed and canceled without prior notice depending on the government's social distancing policy related to COVID-19 or the circumstances of the host.

13. 본 사인회는 아크릴 가림판 없이 진행됩니다.
13. This signing event will be held without acrylic coverings.

14. 부득이한 사정 또는 스케줄로 인해 불참하는 멤버가 발생할 수 있으며, 불참 공지는 이벤트 직전에 공지될 수 있는 점 사전 양해 부탁드립니다.
14. Please understand in advance that there may be members who are absent due to unavoidable circumstances or schedules, and the notice of absence may be announced immediately before the event.

15. 위 내용에 명시되지 않은 경우라도 당일 현장에서 원활한 진행이 어렵다고 판단되는 행동을 할 경우, 사인을 받음 유무와 관계없이 강제 퇴장 조치 및 제재를 받으실 수 있습니다.
15. Even if it is not specified in the above, if you do something that is deemed difficult to proceed smoothly at the site on the same day, you may be subject to compulsory exit and sanctions regardless of whether you receive an autograph or not.

16. 해당 공지 미숙지로 인해 발생하는 상황에 대해서는 책임지지 않으니, 불이익을 받는 일이 없도록 반드시 공지사항을 숙지해 주시기 바랍니다.
16. We are not responsible for situations caused by the lack of notice, so please be aware of the notice so that you do not get disadvantaged.

17. 중복 당첨자 확인을 위해, 개인정보 보호법에 의거하여 당첨자의 개인정보를 아래와 같이 수집, 제공합니다.

개인정보를 제공받는 자 : MINIRECORD, TOP미디어

수집항목 : 이름, 생년월일, 연락처, 이메일 주소, 국적

수집목적 : MCND 6th Mini Album [X10] Platform ver. 발매기념 예약판매 대면 팬사인회 이벤트 진행

활용기간 : 이용목적 달성 후 파기(이벤트 종료 후 7일 이내)

- 위 공지된 내용은 상황에 따라 변동 될 수 있습니다.

 [코로나19 예방을 위한 사인회장 내 유의사항] 

- 전 입장객 마스크 착용 권고

: 행사장 내(로비, 객석 등) 음식물 및 물을 포함한 음료수 섭취가 불가합니다.

- 위 공지를 읽지 않아서 생기는 모든 불이익에 대해서는 책임지지 않습니다.

- 코로나 19 상황과 관련하여 변경되는 사항이 많으므로, 반드시 공지를 꼼꼼하게 읽고 참여 부탁드립니다.
