◆ 영상통화 팬사인회 이벤트 진행 시 유의사항

1. VIDEO CALL은 안내되는 순서에 따라 순차적으로 진행됩니다. (다만, 현장 진행 상황에 따라 순서가 변동될 수도 있습니다.)

2. 아티스트와 당첨자가 정해진 시간(약 2분) 동안 영상통화를 진행할 예정입니다.

3. 이벤트 진행 전, MINIRECORD에서 선택하신 채널로 일괄 안내 메시지를 보내드릴 예정이며 반드시 회신해 주셔야 합니다.

4. 영상통화 진행 시 당첨자 본인 순서에 2번 이상 전화를 받지 않는 경우 마지막에 1번 더 전화를 드릴 예정입니다. 마지막까지 통화 연결이 안 될 경우, 영상통화 이벤트 진행이 불가하며 이벤트 종료 후 사인지만 별도로 배송됩니다.
